Fixes a bug where a profile would apply repeatedly when any schedule is enabled.

We have fixes several key issues with reliability of schedules. Added a new schedules overview card and user experience improvements throughout.
Fixes filter button covering cards in Ringtones and Overview. Updates the Wear OS application.
Fixes issues with sharing debug information when reporting an issue.
