Addresses issue with ability to create projects by explicitly stating read/write to external storage permissions. This was an isolated issue for a small set of users who had Android SDK v23 (Marshmallow and later) as their choice of OS. If users do not grant these permissions specifically, the app will close out and WriteOwl will not work as intended until the user grants these permissions at startup.
