YOGA in COMMON in Myrtle Beach, SC has been a premier yoga location since 2009. We are nestled in The Market Common shopping district just a half mile from the Atlantic Ocean and beachfront hotels! Inside, we have two yoga studios with beautiful bamboo flooing and a large Boutique which features gifts, jewelry, and artwork by local artists as well as incense and candles, yoga gear and clothing.

Yoga students tell us that the feeling of peace and calm begins as soon as you walk through our doors. It continues as you take classes from well-prepared and dedicated yoga instructors! Our shoppers tell us it is hard to resist the cute items all around the 'TIQUE Boutique and the hint of Nag Champa incense which has become our signature fragrance. :-)

Our yoga studio serves practitioners of all levels, from those who are trying yoga for the first time to those who have a daily practice. We offer classes 7 days per week at a variety of times to suit your schedule! We also offer a wide variety of types of yoga from Vinyasa Flow and Power to Basic Hatha, Gentle yoga, Yin yoga, and Restorative as well as Meditation and Tai Chi opportunities.

Each year, YOGA in COMMON holds Yoga Teacher Trainings. We offer Yoga Alliance Certified 200-Hour and 300-Hour levels of Yoga Teacher Training. Join us to delve deeply into the practice and traditions of yoga. Whether you decide to teach yoga or not, our graduates tell us that the experience of Yoga Teacher Training is deeply life-enhancing and a must-do for anyone who loves yoga!

At YOGA in COMMON, we regularly host Events that add to your experience of relaxation, healing, centering, aligning... Events such as a Yin-Reiki workshop with Reiki practicioners giving gentle touch as the yoga teacher leads the Yin yoga class; Sound Healing sessions where you lie back and relax as crystal bowls, Native American flutes, and many other instruments are played all around you; Yoga Nidra workshops that lead you into a deep yogic sleep experience which creates the same amount of rest for your body as six hours of sleep; Partner Yoga classes in which you share poses with someone you bring to class for lots of stretching and laughs together.
