The Simulation iButikk SERVICE consists of two separate parts of gameplay. In the first part, you control a Joker employee, and your goal is to talk to customers who require your assistance and try to create as many positive customer experiences as possible. In the second part you will observe a Joker employee interacting with a customer, and you will be asked to assess whether the customer experience was negative, neutral or positive.
