The JSU Recreation and Fitness app will put your wellness at the tip of your figures. Take a trip with the ARC, Dive-In with Aquatics, or compete in one or more of our Intramural Seasons. And of course, you can jump into one of our many fitness programs, from the popular Spin class to the international F45 Training located in Studio 3.
