As an owner or tenant of Kaemena & Köpke GmbH, you benefit from our digital customer service. The Kaemena & Köpke app allows you to report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via your smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We also use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about your property.

- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the Kaemena & Köpke app
