Osing language is a regional language used by the people of Banyuwangi. Most of Banyuwangi people who live in urban areas use Osing language as their daily language.

Although Osing is the local language of the Banyuwangi people, many people do not speak Osing. This is because the Osing language is only used by people who live in the city center. People who live far from the city center, most of them speak Javanese, and some of them use Madurese.
