This update improves app stability and resolves an issue keeping files from being downloaded or viewed. Users will be asked to grant storage permission when needed to download or view a file.

Please note, if you are using a Samsung mobile device, you may have difficulties interacting with some downloaded files from our app. To resolve this issue, please do one of the following:
• Download and install either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Disable/uninstall the Hancom Office Editor app
