New: Push notifications for your Kayako app

Customer service isn't just a desk job. With this update, you'll automatically receive real-time push notifications when conversations are assigned to you, and when customers reply.

Visit Settings on your app to choose which notifications you care about. Choose to be notified about:
- All new conversations
- Conversations assigned to you
- Conversations assigned to your teams
- SLA breaches
- New replies from customers
