About the Author

Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani (1077–1166 AD) was a fiqh scholar and tarekat expert who was highly respected by all circles of Muslims, especially those from the Sunni group. In the world of Sufism, he is greatly admired for having a very high level of piety. He is a Kurdish tribe, a tribe that inhabits the Persian region, now in Iran.

His scientific work is very much, recorded more than the books he managed to write. Starting from the science of fiqh, Sufism, to interpretation. In addition, his very high level of piety made him a role model for many scholars, including Ibn Kathir and Ibn 'Arabi.
