"Oxucan" operates in the direction of preparing educational electronic materials in their own languages for Azerbaijani children (ages 4-7) living in four corners of the world.
"Kitabkhanam" is the first application of the Okhucan educational series. New books will be added to the electronic library, which currently contains 30 audio children's books.
