Kram Ngoy Law, New Version (Composed by Mr. Phirum Ngoy or Kram Ngoy)

Khmer literary scholar Kram Ngoy, who is recognized by all Khmers as the creator of the law, instructs and advises Khmer children and creates Khmer idioms.
