2. Select the session of "Labor Pain 2" in YogaMonkey APP, start and enjoy yoga journey afterwards.

== Session Overall Introduction ==

Labor pain is said as the most significant pain in all kinds, therefore, we are all seeking medical ways to relieve it. Doctors will suggest you to take sedative injections, and of course will also recommend take gentle workouts, such as fitball yoga. In fact, general mat yoga together with appropriate breathing practice can indeed help you to take a little bit relax, meanwhile to improve the health condition of both mum and baby.

This birthing period yoga course contains several parts: abbreathing, hero pose, alternate nostrill breath, simple bound angle and modified wide angles.
