We prepare our pizzas according to traditional Italian original recipes. This includes a yeast dough that we lovingly prepare by hand. Only after several hours of rest and vigorous kneading again is it artistically topped with selected fresh ingredients. There are no limits for the fanatasy. It's been a few years since we took over a small pizza shop from an old Italian in Melle/Westerhausen. Back in 2005, with the drive of a 22-year-old, I rolled up my sleeves and gradually expanded the business. Our new Pizzeria Piccolino has been in Westerhausen since 2012. A franchisee in Mettingen has also been added. And believe me I didn't get tired one bit. Our passion is pizza and everything that goes with it.
