Leabharlann Library Management App.

Leabharlann is a library management system.

This app provides the following service:

1. Add, Edit, Delete and Duplicate literary resources from your Leabharlann library.

2. The app allows you to search for resources by, ISBN, serial number, author and title.

3. Scan ISBN numbers for internet search.

4. Checkin/Checkout tool that allows librarians to allocate books to library users.

An account is required to use Leabharlann app, this can be set up on our website www.leabharlann.ie. Once this is set up you can use your email and password to login into the app. Only one account can login into each mobile device. If the same account logs into the app on 2 different devices the first account login will get a session expired message will be shown.

The scan ISBN number feature on the app uses the camera on the phone or tablet to scan the barcode. Also once you perform search on the Find book screen, hold your finger on a book you want to select for over a second and the menu will appear with several option to checkout, checkin, edit, delete and duplicate the book or resource.
