Improved dictionaries for German, French, and Russian

German:
* Renamed to German (Extended). Includes äöü.
* New dictionary replaces these with ae, oe, and ue.

French:
* Renamed to French (Extended). Includes àâçéèêëîïôöûü.
* New dictionary replaces these with a, c, e, i, o, and u.

Russian:
* Earlier dictionary reinstated as Russian (Extended).
* The current (smaller) dictionary remains.
