The application has a service queue for sellers so that they can wait for the call of their customers.

The main functionality of the video call between customer and seller is, in addition to displaying a product, the possibility to search for a product and send it on the client platform so that you can then make your purchase decision. The call can be recorded if defined by the system administrator.

The search for the product can be performed when using a video call and using a barcode scanner, QR code, searching for the product identifier code or performing a search on the platform for the product name.
