Liquid Fun is a real time fluid simulator for Android devices.

Liquid Fun is a real time fluid simulator for Android devices. It lets you interact with the fluid via finger touch or by tilting the phone.

The interesting motion of liquids and the infinite number of patterns that can be created makes Liquid Fun an ideal amusement during boring teleconferences.

Touching the interior invokes a stream of liquid at the location of the finger. Touching the border creates a hole through which the liquid leaves the screen.

For the technical interested: The simulation is particle based. We use a technique called FLIP which makes the liquid almost incompressible by the use of a background grid on which the Navier-Stokes equations are solved. The app uses up to 3000 cells and 5000 particles.

Various graphical and physical parameters can be chosen by the user.
