The Lofsangruppen consists of a team of coaches and nutritional advisors led by one of Sweden's best-known training experts, Lovisa Sandström. Everyone in the Lofsangruppen is trained and certified by Lovisa Sandström. In the team, we have fifteen coaches focused on strength training, cardio training, mobility training, rehabilitative and prehabilitation training. We also have a licensed physiotherapist, licensed naprapath, doctor and licensed dieticians.
