Updated the logic and made it more consistent.

Future Improvements:

Will aim to improve the # of levels in the future, as well as add new block types for additional puzzle solving techniques.

Will aim to improve graphics beyond their simple forms & more options for placing the circuits.

I would also like to get to a point where you can create custom blocks.
