Lume Fitness Club helps you find the physical activity that suits your needs! Do-it-yourself fitness does not exist here, as is found in other centers, where everyone chooses the activity to do on their own, thus risking not reaching the desired goals.

When you enter Lume, your path is entrusted to a tutor, who takes care of assessing manifest and hidden needs through an in-depth analysis of needs. In addition, simple physical tests (strength of the lower and upper limbs, cardiovascular tests and postural assessment) will allow us to monitor your physical condition.
