Nowadays we are having more and more bile duct injury and vasculo biliary complications due to increased amount of a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. So, we have decided to translate and repurchase the Tokyo Guideline for the management of Acute cholangitis and cholecystitis from the Japanese Hepato Biliaro Pancreatic society (JHBPS) with a Memorandum of Understanding between National Cancer Center of Mongolia and Japanese HBP society.

Using this mobile application to surgeons from any hospitals who does have a smart phone or a tablet can easily manage the acute cholecystitis and cholangitis with a minimal risk of mortality and morbidity.

On the 18th and 19th of May we will introduce the our version of this application during the third Mongolian Annual Congress on Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgery (MACLES). In a addition we are demonstrating our first Ulaanbaatar guideline for safe Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
