This app references the "Innovation Journey", a facilitative framework for managing the innovation process, sorting through the best ideas, and achieving outstanding innovation results that are aligned with your organization's or business' strategic direction. The reference material includes the skill-sets and mindsets for each phase of the Innovation Journey. The app also references the Avatars of Innovation, personae that represent the mindsets and skill-sets appropriate to each phase of the journey. The Avatars and the Innovation Journey are part of Barnes & Conti's popular Managing Innovation™ program.
