The views of a school of thought on society and history, as well as the opinions that shape these two things, play a significant role in the ideology of that school. Therefore, it is important to find out how Islam views society and history from the perspective of the Islamic conception of the world.

Obviously, Islam is not a school of Sociology nor is it a school of Historical Philosophy. In the Qur'an, there are no social or historical problems that are not examined in the language of these two sciences. The Holy Qur'an also does not use terminology that is commonly used by the relevant sciences when discussing moral, legal or philosophical issues.

Islamic views on many issues involving the two sciences can be deduced from the verses of the Koran.

Islamic thought related to society and history is very important so it deserves an elaborative study and investigation. Like many other Islamic teachings, Islamic thinking about society and history is also a sign of the depth and comprehensiveness of its teachings.
