This is a mobile solution for Maxidor, and integrated it with their existing Google Apps and accounting systems.

Call centre agents capture lead information, which is then automatically pushed to sales agents’ tablets in real-time.

Sales agents complete the entire quotation and ordering process on site with a tablet. The app gives them access to the full digital product catalogue and accurate quotes are calculated automatically. Any mistakes in capturing data is eliminated as the app validates the data against Maxidor’s business rules.

To confirm the order, the customers signs on the tablet. Order information is automatically uploaded in real-time from the field to the cloud, and both the customer and the manufacturing team are notified that the order has been placed.
