Maximum speed zone detection

MaxVel is an application designed to identify the areas of maximum speed or ‘lifeguard’ as called by the Mobility Secretariat of Bogotá, will operate 24 hours a day and will monitor and control traffic in 50 areas of the city. In principle there will be 30 devices, in the main roads of the capital. MaxVel will monitor the “lifeguard” zones as they are operating and those who violate the rules are sent informative notices, but from November 25 things will be at a different price, or better, at the price of the fine. For example, 828,100 pesos for not bringing the Soat up to date or running the red light; or 414,100 for exceeding the speed limit or not having the technical-mechanical review in force
