Real-time machine monitoring and manufacturing data collection (MDC) system

The MDCplus software suite is aimed at NC machine tools monitoring. MDCplus is able to collect data not only from the machine tools of numerous vendors. Almost any industrial equipment can be monitored as well. Software functions of MDCplus are helpful for the equipment downtime reasons classification and analysis, power consumption control, generation of numerous reports on production efficiency etc. The enterprise service departments can also receive various information from the MDCplus including immediate notifications on downtime events occurence.

This software application is a mobile monitoring console program that extends MDCplus capabilities.

Its features help to:

• Display the monitored equipment states

• Input the equipment downtime reasons that have been previously defined for each machine tool at the MDCplus server

• Authorize personnel by means of the mobile device camera that reads barcodes
