* Added tentative support for comma as a decimal point
* Redefined the "Significant digits" setting to be in addition to the significant digits of the input, rather than a fixed limit. For example, if the conversion input is 22.7 and the "Significant digits" setting is 2 (the new default), the output will now display up to 5 significant digits (3+2).
