You can manage and unsubscribe from your app store settings.

Payment will be added to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase or upon expiration of the free trial period. The subscription will be automatically renewed if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
