Enhancements:
1) Accompaniment Tracks (the free kits are downloaded on the first launch and installed on the second).
2) Save and Cancel buttons to the export file option.
3) Download news and kits when on WIFI only.
4) Sharing (lyrics and notes) is possible now when devices are in same network (LAN).

Bug fixes:
1) Show menu should now work on all devices.
