microPeek

Control app for the microPeek smartphone microscope

Together with the microPeek smartphone attachment, the microPeek App gives you the ability to turn your smartphone into a high resolution microscope.

With the microPeek App you can

- connect to your microPeek device

- take microscopic images using the microPeek device

- measure lengths on your samples

- control the illumination on the microPeek device (dark field, bright field, and optionally UV for the microPeek Blue version)

- move the lens in the microPeek device to focus at different heights in your sample

To use the app you need

- a microPeek device

- a camera on the backside

- bluetooth low energy

The app does not share any personal information, all pictures you take are only saved locally on your phone.

Please note that the app only works with the physical microPeek device. If you did not order a device on kickstarter you still can get your device on the indiegogo crowdfunding platform.
