Introducing new homepage and user switch panel

User switch panel enables seamless alternation between multiple tenant accounts. The user switch panel is made available by the side of left navigation panel. The new homepage is designed to utility by giving prominence to most used actions and quick menu links with a bottom panel. The bottom panel enables seamless navigation to health and homepages while enhancing search bar discovery. The release also contains few accessibility bug fixes.
