Miep

A Cookbook app to collect your favorite recipes

Miep stands for "Mise en place" (the french word for organizing and arranging the ingredients) as this app was created to make your favorite recipes easily usable during the preparation and cooking of a meal.

Its main features are:

- Listing recipes filtered by user defined categories with ingredient lists below each recipe entry

- Tapping on a working step of a recipe shows the ingredients for this working step

- Time measurement function to measure your average personal prepare and cooking time for each recipe

- Editor for doing quick changes and annotations directly on you android device

- Integrated Web Server to edit you recipes comfortably with the browser of a desktop computer

- Recipe import from simple text, MealMaker and MasterCook (MXP only) files

- Adding new recipes with copy & paste, for example from a recipe website

- Reading in recipes from QR Code (on another device or printed out) without internet access

- Local backup and restore of your recipe collection

- Recipe export as text files
