Description With this app you can register your headaches and add details about the course. It helps you to get a handle on when and how often you have a headache, what triggers it, whether there is a connection with any menstrual cycle, symptoms, medication use, other treatment and much more. The My Headache app was developed by Pfizer with assistance from the Danish Headache Center, Glostrup Hospital and has been user interface tested by people with migraine and/or tension-type headache. The app contains:

• Guide – with step-by-step recording of your headaches

• Calendar function – get a handle on how often you have headaches, how long they last and how they affect daily life. See headache patterns and whether there is a connection with any menstrual cycle.

• Treatment overview - get an overview of your medication consumption and which other treatments you use to relieve the headache.

• Headache details – gives you a comprehensive overview of the individual headache – from symptoms, triggers and pain development to medication intake, other treatment and duration.

• Report function – create a report with up to 12 months of data and choose which details you want to include. The report has a clear calendar and summarized information detailing your headaches

• Personal settings – insert your menstrual cycle into the calendar and add your medication, personal symptoms and triggers that suit your specific headaches.

• Good advice, films and tests - get good advice on how to deal with your headache, read about menstruation and headaches, watch the film "What is migraine" and test whether your migraine medicine is working as intended. New compared to version 1.3.0:

• Option to set menstrual cycle in calendar

• Duration of headaches changed from 1-72 hours

• Option to pull report data up to 12 months

• Information about menstruation and headaches.

• Please be aware that if the app is deleted or disappears from your device, your information created in the app will unfortunately be permanently deleted and cannot be recreated. You can therefore advantageously export a report and save it as a PDF once in a while.

NOTE – this app will be discontinued on 1 February 2023 and will no longer be downloadable via the app store.
