Painting and byggtapetsermestrenes Association (MLF) is a trade association for companies in the master painter and decorator. The association has about 350 member companies with about 3,000 employees. Member companies turnover of 3 billion a year.

MLF is the industry's representative in relation to the political decision making. It works MLF with BNL (BNL) and the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO).
