To be able to use the ScreenSharing functionality on Samsung mobile devices with Android Jellybean OS version (Android 4.2 ~ Android 4.3), the app requires being Device Administrator and therefore requires the BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN permission.

If the app is terminated, Device Administrator will be unregisterd automatically.
