Minor updates...

After adding a recipe or meal plan to a grocery list, you can now choose to view the grocery list
Filtering recipes by favorites now works on the recipe list
When searching recipes, if there are few or zero results, you can choose to fire off a web search
When adding a recipe to a meal plan, you can now remove other items on the plan first
Large format recipe list cards now show total time for cooking and preparation
