There are 10 new fence types and the materials range everywhere from quartz to diamond. However, these new fence types are hard to manufacture and as a result they are only sold by certain villagers known as Builders.

You can obtain the new fence types by trading with a builder. The builder is a new villager type which can be found spawning in villages. For example, if you want diamond fence then it will cost you some diamonds and so on. There are 10 new fence types and all of them can be obtained by trading with a builder.
