Powerful Morning Prayers

“In the name of the Father, the Son and the Spirit, we come out of the night, we enter the dawn, with joy we greet the light, risen and resurrecting. The hand of the Lord brings the fire of the day, and the face of things becomes lucid and calm, the dawn is a word of the divine presence and the sun a certainty that incessantly seeks us. Man comes from the dream and returns to the present, going to work, early and strong. God gives him the world that is getting tired of gathering bread and the sweat of his brow. God proclaims in men the power of his arm, he places the work he has begun in our hands, and in this way we see the faithful and vigilant efforts of those who dream of creating a new world grow. Blessed is this morning that brings us the news of the young and glorious presence of God. Amen."
