MS Contract+ is a free app, offered by FUNTRAB/MS and the Government of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, which puts the employer in contact with all available labor in the state of MS.

In MS Contract+ it is not necessary for the employer to register or open a job vacancy. All the employer needs to do is download the app and browse the profiles of professionals available for hire in any profession in need.

There are more than 7,000 professions available, arranged in hundreds of categories so you can find the ideal professional with minimal effort!

One of the biggest differentials between MS Contrata+ and any other system for searching for manpower for hiring is the fact that you, the employer, can find the ideal professional closest to your company. Yes, the app always brings professionals who live closer to an address entered in the system.

With this apparently simple function, you contribute to fewer trips in cities, in addition to enabling better quality of life and satisfaction for professionals found through the app, by offering them work opportunities close to their homes.

In addition to sorting professionals by geolocation (distance by GPS), the app allows employers to filter candidates by:

- Availability of the worker, for periods;

- Education;

- Formal and informal experience;

- Driver's license;

- If the candidate has his own vehicle;

- If you have knowledge of other languages;

- If you are a person with a disability (PwD) and which disability;

- If you have availability to travel;

- If you have availability to sleep at work;
