Meet Mucy, your child’s new companion on a journey to better mental wellness!

Mucy is meant to help provide parents with an opportunity to assist their children with their mental wellness development. We believe that starting early into a child’s life is the best way to help them feel comfortable in new situations as they grow older.

Assign your child a reward like monitored screen time to help encourage them to take some time to reflect and calm down!

Help your child rate their mood, and then complete the tapping process while repeating the affirmative phrase! Complete some breathing exercises and your child will be on their way to mental prosperity!

Mucy currently uses the Tapping Method (also known as EFT Tapping), which helps to align the energy in your body, calming you down, and setting your mind at ease. This process involves rating your mood, then repeating an affirmative phrase such as “Even though I am feeling upset, I accept myself completely.” You will do this while tapping certain points on your body, and then completing breathing exercises. We plan to release more mental wellness strategies in the future, so stay tuned!
