Mobile application for drivers!

Mobile application reserved for GAC Car Fleet software subscribers.

The MyCarFleet mobile application was designed to optimize fleet management and exchanges between the manager and drivers.

It allows the manager to better manage his automobile fleet, to stay connected to it and to save time in collecting information. Also, he will be able to access all the vehicles in his fleet from MyCarFleet or scan the FPS for their automatic creation in the GAC Car Fleet software. The driver, for his part, gains autonomy by having, on his Smartphone, all the data linked to his vehicle.

Fonctionnalities :

Vehicle file: The driver finds all the data relating to his vehicle such as claims, violations, type of contract and all basic information (registration, fuel card and confidential code, etc.).

Vehicle inventory: The driver can transmit, directly from MyCarFleet, an inventory file, in PDF format with photos, in 2 different modes:

- a global inventory file or a report upon receipt or return of a vehicle

- an inventory file or an amicable report following an incident to report interior and exterior damage to the vehicle

Mileage statement: At the request of the manager, the driver can easily transmit his mileage statement from the MyCarFleet application. The data will be automatically fed back and integrated into the GAC Car Fleet management software.

Consultation of infractions: The driver receives a notification on the MyCarFleet application when he has been identified as the author of an infraction, before receiving the paper version at his home. Thanks to the management module connected to GAC Car Fleet's ANTAI, the manager can designate the driver in a few clicks.

Search for suppliers: Thanks to the geolocation system, the driver can find the suppliers closest to him, within a radius of 5 to 100 km, depending on the reference set by the manager. Once the service provider has been selected, they will find their contact details and an itinerary will then be offered to them.

Internal procedure: This tab allows the driver to find the procedures specific to his company as well as a list of useful numbers directly on the MyCarFleet application, without asking the fleet manager.

Messaging: system integrated into the application which allows the driver to communicate quickly and simply with his manager.

Order tracking: the employee can follow the progress of their vehicle order at any time on MyCarFleet, from the moment the process was initiated by the manager in GAC Car Fleet. Also, he will be informed of the actions he must carry out, in particular for the choice of vehicle.
