MyHeathPyramid is a simple, user friendly application use to set and record your daily goal heathy eating habits, exercising, and staying hydrated. The application is formulated around the USA Food Pyramid guidelines as well as the American Heart Association guidelines to get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise per day. The user will use quick easy steps to record how much exercise the user is doing, how much water the user is drinking, and which food groups the user has eaten from every day. A goal section so the user can make small daily adjustments towards a healthy lifestyle will be available. There is also a log section to see how well you are doing on your exercise and food group goals. There is also a page that has health website links that will be updated periodically.
