Your dentist uses the In Hand Health portal to monitor your care and provide you help and assistance. With the MyUrbanekTMJ Patient App, you receive instructions and reminders, track compliance, and securely communicate with your oral care provider.

Please note: This is not a do-it-yourself app. The MyUrbanekTMJ Patient App is used in combination with In Hand Health’s telehealth web application.
