Adds new name origins as requested: Azerbaijani, Estonian, Filipino, Lithuanian, Pakistani, Ukrainian, Welsh
Fixes the surname naming conventions for female names for Greek and Polish origins to be conform with their respective rules (thanks to Artain Nothing and François l'Olonnais for letting me know in the reviews).
