「サーバーへ情報をPOSTする」をONにすると、NFCタグ読み込みと同時に任意のURLへHTTP POSTで
param=[NFCタグから読み込んだ文字列]
pass=[パスワード]
を送信します。
パスワードは任意の文字列を設定する事で、イタズラ防止と、同じサーバー側プログラムで複数の端末からのPOSTを扱う際にどの端末から送信されたものか識別するのに使えます。
（その場合は端末毎に異なるパスワードを設定してください）
