Nomade Cycle is a spinning studio located in the heart of Montreal that offers classes that will allow you to take care of your physical and mental well-being. We offer 2 types of classes, "Full body" and "Performance".

"Full body" is a spinning class based mainly on the rhythm of music. In addition to resistance exercises, intervals and sprints, we have some choreography and a song with weights to work the upper body.

"Performance" is our so-called "classic" spinning class. This class simulates a bike ride with a focus on performance. There is no choreography or weights. If you are a cyclist looking to stay in shape during the winter season, this class is for you.
