Ondaverde offers the possibility of programming continuous physical activity.

The center is open continuously all year round from 9.00 to 22.00 (WE from 10.00 to 19.00 and gym until 18.00) and offers everyone the opportunity to plan continuous physical activity. All the activities carried out are aimed at taking care of the body and achieving well-being. No treatment is supported by particular therapies or machines based on the principle of passive gymnastics. Everything is done in a natural and rational way in the belief that the only machine to enhance, perfect and privilege is our body. An efficient body can do everything: first of all it keeps us healthy, it is not subject to stress and keeps every immune defense at the highest levels.
