Updates for Android 4.4 (including 'immersive mode') and various small improvements for all versions.

Quite a few new liturgy links. Thank you to everyone who submitted something. There were a few I didn't include because they didn't seem to work so well on tablets/phones. Remember you can add your own custom links if you don't like my selection!

Small changes to work better on tablets such as Nexus 7 (while still working with smaller and older devices).
