This is a minor patch on our last release. We just fixed up a small issue with the help screens.

In the last release we fixed a few annoying bugs and added a couple of features:

* There is now a foothold marker!
* Help screens will load on first usage of the app.
* Help screens available in the menu.
* Fix a but with maps not displaying correctly when re-entering maps.
* Made a few buttons a bit easier to use by making them bigger.
* Fade of splash screen now does not flash backup.
